You disagree with the listed  AD Published Name.

 

Version is Incorrect

You disagree with the listed  AD Version.

 

Originator is incorrect

You disagree with the listed Originator.

Citation Reference

Citation Reference is Incorrect

You disagree with the Citation Reference format or the Citation Reference does not match the Citation Guidance. 

Citation

Citation is missing

You think a citation from the AD is not present that should be.

 

Citation is extraneous

You think the Citation itself or the additional guidance  is not relevant to the AD.

 

Citation hierarchy placement is incorrect

You think the Citation is out of order of the AD sequence.

Citation Tagging

Primary Tags are incorrect

You disagree with Primary Noun(s) and Primary Verb(s) tagged  for the mandate.

 

Dependent Tags are incorrect

You disagree with the Secondary Noun(s) and Secondary Verb(s) tagged for the mandate.

 

Mandate is incorrect

You disagree with the tagged mandate in the citation.

 

Mandate is missing

You think there is a mandate in the citation that was not tagged.

 

Definitions selected are incorrect

You disagree with the definitions selected for the tagged terms.

Control Matching

Matching is incorrect

You do not think the selected control matches the tagged mandate. 

Audit

Audit Question is incorrect

You disagree with the current audit question.

New Control

Primary Tags are incorrect

You disagree with Primary Noun(s) and Primary Verb(s) tagged  for the control. 

 

Dependent Tags are incorrect

You disagree with the Secondary Noun(s) and Secondary Verb(s) tagged for the control.

 

Impact Zone is incorrect

You think the control Impact Zone is not right.

 

Control Type is incorrect

You think the control type is not accurate.

 

Classification is incorrect

You disagree with the control classification.

 

Control is a duplicate

You think there is already a UCF Common Control like this, making this control redundant.

Terms

Term is incorrect

You think the term name is not accurate.

 

Definition is incorrect

You think the definition is not correct.

 

Definition type is incorrect

You think the type selected for the definition is not accurate.

You think the other forms are wrong or missing.
