How do I suspend a client's subscription in the Reseller Portal?

Prerequisites:

  • A Common Controls Hub account
  • A Reseller Portal account
  • A Client/Customer

 

  1. Login into Reseller Portal.

  2. Click the CUSTOMER tab (if you are not already there).

  3. Click the EDIT SUBSCRIPTION button.

  4. Unselect the CCH Basic Subscription, yearly product in the "Manage Subscription" section.

  5. Click the YES to confirm.
