How do I add a product to my client's subscription in the Reseller Client Portal?

  1. Login to Reseller Client Portal.
  2. From the Overview screen the View link next to the client who's subscription you wish to modify.
  3. Click the Subscription tab.
  4. Check the box next to the products you wish to add from the "Available to Purchase" list.
  5. When you check a checkbox, a dialog box will appear. Click the OK button on the dialog box to confirm that you want to add the product.
  6. The Reseller Client Portal will then display a dialog box confirming the subscription was successful. Click the OK button on the dialog box dismiss it.

The page will refresh and show the updated subscription. The product you added above will appear in the list:
