What are the minimum browser requirements?

Our minimum desktop browser requirements are:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and above
  • Microsoft Edge 15
  • Firefox version 52 and above
  • Chrome version 49 and above
  • Safari version 10.1 and above

Our minimum mobile browser requirements are:

  • The standard browser on Android OS 4.4 and above
    Mobile Safari on iOS 10 and above

In our testing, Ad Blocking extensions have a tendency to interfere with the Common Controls Hub. Please make sure that you disable these extensions or any other extensions that change the way web pages are displayed.
