A role must be assigned to a Common Control and a CCH user must be assigned to the role before it can be marked as completed. An admin account can complete any Common Control regardless of the role assigned.

- From your Dashboard, click the Workspace tab.
- Click the Tracking tab.
- Select the Authority Document list that contains the Common Controls you wish to complete.
- Check the box next to the Common Control you want to complete. The date will automatically be set to the current date.
