- From your Dashboard, click the Workspace tab.
- Click the Tracking tab.
- Select the Authority Document list that contains the Common Controls you need to assign.
- Click Choose a Role next to the Common Control you need to assign.
- Select the appropriate role from the list and click the Update button.
If a user is already assigned the role you chose for the Common Control that user will automatically be assigned the Common Control.
You can also easily assign users to roles by clicking on the role name in the Common Controls List.
