Why is my account ineligible to merge?

Your account will be ineligible to merge for the following reasons: 

  • You have an outstanding balance
  • You are not the account admin
  • You do not have enough available users
  • The account you are merging is not a starter account (they have purchased a license)
  • You have pending merge requests
