There are three possibilities for the type of the document's effective date:
| Varies | The document has multiple effective dates (hey, don't laugh, we've seen that). |
|---|---|
| Not Defined | You can't find anything anywhere in the document (referring to the table for where to find effective dates). |
| Date | An actual single date, picked from a calendar widget. |
